ANNUAL GENERAL MEETINGS

The Board of Trustees is required to hold an Annual General Meeting (AGM), each year to review the previous year with the landowners.  A Chair report, a Fire Department report, and the financial audit are presented at the AGM. A review of works completed and works planned over the next five years are discussed.  If you would like to learn more about your improvement district please keep an eye open for the next AGM date (Generally held mid-April) and join us.  Support your volunteer Board of Trustees.
